What we collect
When you submit a contact form or start a project with us, we collect your name, email address and the information you provide about your project. We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics (page views, session duration, general location) to understand how our site is used.
How we use it
We use your contact information solely to respond to your enquiry and deliver the services you have requested. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel to collect anonymous data about site usage. These tools may set cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time via Google’s opt-out tool.
AI chat assistant and phone agent
Conversations with our AI chat assistant and phone agent may be recorded and stored for quality review and service improvement. By interacting with these tools, you consent to this recording. Recordings are not shared with third parties.
TikTok integration
Zoomy uses the TikTok API to enable automated video publishing to TikTok on behalf of authorised users. When you connect your TikTok account to Zoomy, we request the following permissions: user.info.basic (your TikTok display name and profile picture), video.publish (to publish videos directly to your profile), and video.upload (to upload video files to TikTok). We use these permissions solely to post content you have approved for publication. We do not store your TikTok credentials or share your TikTok data with any third party. You may revoke Zoomy’s access to your TikTok account at any time via TikTok’s Connected Apps settings.
SMS text messages
Zoomy LLC sends SMS text message alerts to the staff of the businesses that use our phone agent and chatbot services. We collect a staff member’s name and mobile phone number only after they give us permission to text them, and we use that number solely to send order and message alerts for their own business. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is never shared with any third party except the messaging carrier needed to deliver the message. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages or HELP for help. To have your number removed, reply STOP or email contact@zoomy.services.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions and conversation data for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@zoomy.services.
