Services
Zoomy provides digital services including website design and development, admin panels, AI chat assistants, AI phone agents and animated video ads. All work is scoped and priced in writing before it begins.
Fixed-price guarantee
The price quoted in your project agreement is fixed. It does not change unless you request a change to the agreed scope. Any scope changes will be re-quoted and approved in writing before additional work begins.
Payment
One-time projects require 50% payment upfront before work begins and 50% on delivery. Monthly services are invoiced at the start of each billing period and due within 7 days. Work will not commence until the upfront payment is received.
Revisions
Each project includes one round of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revision rounds are quoted in writing before the work is done.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of final payment, you own all deliverables produced for your project, including code, design assets and creative files. Zoomy may mention completed work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Limitation of liability
Zoomy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
SMS terms
These SMS terms apply to text messages sent by Zoomy LLC. We send order and message alerts to staff at the businesses that use our phone agent service, and only to people who have given us permission to text them. Message frequency varies with your business’s call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Zoomy LLC, or HELP for help. You can also email contact@zoomy.services to be removed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle SMS opt-in data. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
