Zoomy provides digital production services including website design and development, Meta Ads campaign management, AI chatbots, AI phone agents, and video ad creatives. All work is scoped and priced in writing before it begins.
The price quoted in your project agreement is fixed. It does not change unless you request a change to the agreed scope. Any scope changes will be re-quoted and approved in writing before additional work begins.
One-time projects require 50% payment upfront before work begins and 50% on delivery. Monthly services are invoiced at the start of each billing period and due within 7 days. Work will not commence until the upfront payment is received.
Where offered, we will build the first page of your website at no cost. This page remains your property regardless of whether you proceed with a full project. No payment is required to claim this offer.
Each project includes one round of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revision rounds are billed at $75/hour with a minimum of one hour.
Upon receipt of final payment, you own all deliverables produced for your project — including code, design assets, and creative files. Zoomy retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Zoomy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
