How does the chatbot work?
It's trained on a custom knowledge base built around your business. When a visitor asks a question, it matches their input against that knowledge base and responds accurately. It only knows what you've provided — it doesn't improvise or make things up.

The chatbot responds in the language the visitor is using. The knowledge base is built in each language separately to ensure responses are natural and accurate, not machine-translated. Works in EN, FR, DE, NL, ES, and any other language you need.
Matching
Handles typos and informal language
Visitors rarely type perfectly. The chatbot uses fuzzy matching to understand variations in spelling, informal phrasing, and abbreviated questions. A visitor typing "whats ur price" gets the same accurate response as one typing "What is your pricing?"
