Matching
Handles typos and informal language
Visitors rarely type perfectly. The chatbot uses fuzzy matching to understand variations in spelling, informal phrasing, and abbreviated questions. A visitor typing "whats ur price" gets the same accurate response as one typing "What is your pricing?"
Leads
Collects contact details
When a visitor's question suggests they're interested in booking or getting a quote, the chatbot can prompt them to leave their email or phone number. Those details are collected and stored for you to follow up.
Hosting
Self-hosted, no platform fees
The chatbot runs directly on your website's infrastructure. There are no third-party platform subscriptions, no per-message fees, and no external dependencies that could go offline or change their pricing. You own it outright once it's built.
Option
API-based alternative
For use cases that need more open-ended or complex responses, an API-based version is available. This connects to an external AI service and handles a wider range of questions. Usage costs are billed at the provider's rate plus a management margin. We'll advise which option fits your use case better during the brief.
