What does Zoomy.services do exactly? +
We are a digital production studio. We create and manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn), build custom multilingual websites with booking systems and admin panels, develop AI chatbots trained on your business, and build AI phone agents that handle inbound calls. We also set up hosting and register domains on request.
What is the typical timeline for a project? +
It depends on the scope. A simple landing page takes less time than a multilingual booking platform. We agree on a timeline as part of the brief before any work starts, and we stick to it. We'll give you a realistic estimate when we scope your project.
Do you work with clients outside the US? +
Yes. We're remote-first and work with clients worldwide. Our core team is remote-first (CET timezone) but we handle clients across the US, Middle East, and Asia without issues.
Campaigns
Do you create and manage the campaigns? +
Yes. We handle the full process — strategy, audience setup, ad copy, tracking configuration, and ongoing management. That means monitoring performance, optimising spend, adjusting targeting as data comes in, and sending you regular reports. Campaigns run in your ad account.
Which platforms do you cover? +
Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads. We can also cover Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitter/X on request. Most campaign files cover 1–2 platforms unless specified otherwise.
What does ongoing campaign management include? +
Setup covers strategy, audience configuration, ad copy, creative briefs, UTM parameters, and pixel implementation. Ongoing management includes performance monitoring, budget optimisation, audience adjustments, creative testing when ads fatigue, and a regular performance report covering results and next steps.
Websites
Do you use WordPress or page builders? +
Never. Every site we build is custom-coded from scratch — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with backend powered by Supabase (PostgreSQL). No WordPress, no Webflow, no templates. This gives us full control over performance, animations, and mobile experience.
Can you build multilingual sites? +
Yes — it's one of our specialties. We've built in English, French, Spanish, and more. Our static site generator produces separate pages per language with proper hreflang tags, language switchers, and fallback logic for partial translations.
Do you handle hosting and domain registration? +
Yes, on request. If you need a domain registered and hosting configured, we handle both as part of the project. If you already have a domain and hosting provider, we deploy to those instead. Either way is fine — just mention it in your brief.
AI Chatbots
Are your chatbots self-hosted or do they use an external API? +
Both options are available. Self-hosted chatbots use a local knowledge base with keyword classification and fuzzy matching — no ongoing API costs, no external dependencies, and GDPR-compliant by default. API-based chatbots connect to an external AI service and are better suited to more open-ended conversation. We'll recommend the right approach based on your use case.
What languages can the chatbot speak? +
As many as you need. We build the knowledge base in each language separately. English, French, Spanish and more — whatever your customers speak. The chatbot detects the language and responds accordingly.
AI Phone Agent
What does the AI phone agent actually do? +
It answers your inbound calls, speaks naturally in any language, and handles common requests without human involvement. During a call it can check your calendar, book or cancel appointments in real time, collect caller details, and answer questions about your business. It operates 24 hours a day and every call generates a full transcript for quality review.
What does the agent need to get started? +
The agent is trained on the information you provide. If you have an existing website, we can work from that. If not, you supply the business details — services, pricing, hours, policies, booking rules — and we build the knowledge base from that. The more complete the information, the better the agent performs.
Can it book appointments directly? +
Yes, when a calendar integration is included. The agent checks availability in real time during the call and writes the booking directly to your calendar. It can also handle cancellations and rescheduling. The integration is scoped and built as part of the project.

Every project is custom-scoped. Email us at admin@zoomy.services with your project description and we'll reply within 24 hours with a tailored quote. Pricing depends on scope, complexity, and timeline. We always work to fixed budgets — no hourly billing.
How does the briefing process work? +
We start with a detailed brief form or call. We ask about your goals, target audience, timeline, and budget. From there we define the scope, agree on deliverables, and confirm the price. Production starts once the deposit is paid.
Do you offer revisions? +
Yes. All projects include at least one revision round. We build revision windows into the timeline so they don't delay your launch. We are available after launch for any issues that arise from the delivered work.
