Every project is different, so we quote each one. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, and it only changes if you ask for something new.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the project. Your quote comes with a timeline, and we stick to it.
Can I see something before I commit?
Yes. You see the whole website and ask for changes before it goes live.
Do you work with businesses anywhere?
Yes. We work with businesses of any size, anywhere, in English, French or Spanish.

Do you use WordPress or templates?
No. Every site is designed and written from scratch, so it’s fast and does exactly what your business needs.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes, with your admin panel. Products, prices, photos, hours, holidays and announcements, from your phone or computer.
Who owns the site?
You do. The site and everything on it belongs to you.
Can you handle the domain and hosting?
Yes. We can host the site for you, or connect it to the domain you already have.
Chat and phone agents
Will the chat make things up?
No. It only uses the information you give us about your business. If it doesn’t know, it says so and points to your contact details.
Does the phone agent sound like a robot?
No. It uses a calm, natural voice and talks like a person, in short friendly sentences.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. The agent can have its own number, or your current line can forward to it when you’re busy or closed.
How do orders reach my team?
Right after the call, by text message and email, and in your admin panel, with the caller’s name, number and exactly what they asked for.
Does it take payments?
No. It never asks for card details. Your team takes care of payment when they call back to confirm.

Do you use AI to make the videos?
No. Every ad is animated by hand from your brief.
Do you run the ads for me?
No, we make the videos and you post them.
